Willowtree Therapeutic Services, Inc. is Hiring a Caseworker Near DeMotte, IN

Location: Jasper County and within 1 hour of this county. Services will be provided inside the client’s home, in the community, and at Willowtree office locations

Salary Range: $33,280-46,800 annually

Position Type: Part-time Hourly, Full-time Salaried

Location: Services will be provided inside the client's home, office, and in the community.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Worker to join our team. This position involves providing essential support services to children, teenagers, and adults, including those with court-ordered requirements through the Department of Child Services, probation, and drug court. The Case Worker will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their personal and legal goals by delivering services both in their homes and within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide services in clients' homes, community, and office settings.

Provide services that may include homemaking, parenting education training, supervised visitations, transportation, and case work.

Utilize personal vehicle to provide transport client during service delivery

Counsel clients and provide skills training on various issues and provide support for their mental well-being.

Perform patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.

Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain the confidentiality of patient information.

Collaborate with other healthcare agencies and individuals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Participate in ongoing supervision and training with an assigned supervisor.

Receive mentoring and supervision from highly trained leaders.

Attend regular team meetings about client progress and attend court hearings for DCS and probation clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree

Familiarity with support services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.

Ability to drive and have a valid driver’s license, along with personal means of transportation.

Must be able to pass a background check, CPS background check, and a 9-panel drug screening.
