The College seeks an experienced academic leader in Social Work to work with the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) on the accreditation candidacy application for Wilmington College's undergraduate program in Social Work and ensure that Wilmington College meets all accreditation requirements for the program including the nine CSWE core competencies and criteria to maintain their accreditation. The director will coordinate with admissions to support student recruitment, and will also oversee student progress, assessment, and the management of academic actions in cooperation with the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Wilmington College's academic governance policies. The director will also engage in scholarly and professional development consistent with CSWE standards.
