Essential Functions:
Assess patients for appropriateness for trauma treatment.
Provides trauma therapy to patients according to the protocol for treatment.
Documents all trauma assessments and intervention activities in patient records.
Facilitate assigned trauma groups and assist with modifying problem behaviors.
Prepare individualized treatment plans and run one on one trauma interventions.
Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in social or health services field, with six plus years' experience in counseling field OR
Bachelor's degree in other field with eight plus years in the counseling field OR
Master's degree in social or health services field, with four plus years' experience in counseling field.
License/Certifications: LCSW, LPC, LCAS EMDR or Trauma Based

REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to work well with male and female adult (18 ) patients with Chemical dependency and Mental Health disorders
CPR and CPI certification (training offered onsite)
Teamwork and excellent customer service
