We have an exclusive focus on immigration, giving you an exciting and challenging environment with people who are passionate about practicing immigration law. Our team of case managers works closely with attorneys on all aspects of case preparation for immigration matters.

THE POSITION:

The firm presently has an immediate full time opening in its Murray, UT office for an experienced case manager/paralegal. Our caseload is growing, and the ideal candidate for the position is self-motivated, professional, responsible, and committed to helping us meet all of our client’s needs. Wilner & O’Reilly provides the opportunity to work with a great, hard-working team where you will expand your skills and knowledge.

LOCATION:

The ideal candidate will be working full-time from our Murray, UT office, Monday – Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • One year minimum experience in immigration law in the following areas: Family or Removal Defense

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle a caseload of immigration matters directly, under the supervision of an attorney
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding procedural and case processing
  • Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing
  • Work well under deadlines, handle confidential information with professionalism, and display strong interpersonal skills.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision

Pay: $20.81 - $25.06 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
