Wilridge Vineyard, Winery & Distillery is Hiring a Remote Grants Manager
Overview:
Wilridge Vineyard, Winery & Distillery seeks a part time contract grant manager to help us comply with the requirements of our recently awarded USDA Organic Market Development Grant. We need your help to promote organic vineyards and wineries in Washington State.
Duties:
- Monitor and track grant expenditures to ensure alignment with grant budget and SOW
-Submit grant reimbursement/advance requests to USDA through PMS
- Maintain comprehensive grant records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in grant management and reporting
- Strong knowledge of contract management principles
- Proficiency in tracking grants and reporting outcomes
- Excellent bookkeeping and record keeping skills
- Experience with the Payment Management System required
