Nurse Aide FLOATs will earn a weekly compensation of $ 700.00, even if the work week is shorter than 40 hours. Plus, up to $1500 quick start bonus after 6 months!

Float Nurse Aides need to be skilled with at least 2 years' experience using Hoyer Lift, Gait Belt, Slide Board, knowledgeable with Standby, Physical, Max and Total Assists. Should be highly experienced with providing bed baths, showers, brief changes and peri-care. Our Floats will deal with all types of clients. Familiarity with Combative/Aggressive, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Hospice and stroke care clients.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Valid driver's license with clean driving abstract, and reliable transportation
• Demonstrate skills to care for full spectrum of Clients to fill emergency response needs
• Immediately answer phone calls/text/emails and begin traveling to assigned shift within 15 minutes of initial notification

• Follow “floating” full time schedule as listed below:

OPTION #1:
Weekdays: Monday-Friday (5 days) with an 8-hour availability timeframe (8-hour availability time frame begins from the start of the first assigned shift on each “float” day throughout the week).
OPTION #2:
4 Days (to include at least 1 weekend day – Saturday and/or Sunday): Float Nurse Aides are able to choose 4 days with a 10-hour availability timeframe (10-hour availability time frame begins from the start of the first assigned shift on each “float” day throughout the week).
