Wilson Enterprises has been in operation since the mid 1980's manufacturing wood products ranging from home décor to dimensional lumber. We are hiring for an office position, with a specialization in Sales and Marketing. We are seeking a detail-oriented, innovative, driven individual to join our team. Salary is based on experience and is negotiable.

Responsibilities:

- Exemplary Customer Service Skills

- Digital and Local/Regional Marketing and Advertising

- SEO Analysis and KPI Development and Implementation

- Social Media Posts and Advertising/Sales on social platforms

- E-Commerce Sales

- Experience with Amazon, Etsy, Wal-Mart, Wayfair, Home Depot, Commerce Hub and other e-commerce platforms a plus

Skills and Proficiencies:

- Degree in Business or Marketing preferred

- Experience in a Sales, Marketing, and/or Digital Marketing position is a plus

- Task completion and follow through are a must

- Strong proofreading and communication skills

- Excellent organizational skills to manage workload efficiently

- Able to follow direction, as well as innovate and improve processes

- Adapt to a quickly changing environment

- Must be a team player with a positive attitude

- Critical thinking skills

- Employee must be comfortable doing a large variety of tasks within our office
