As a Personal Injury Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in all aspects of personal injury cases. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial client interviews and gathering relevant information
  • Assisting with case investigation, including obtaining medical records, police reports, and other pertinent documents
  • Drafting and filing legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests
  • Communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
  • Organizing and managing case files, including electronic document management
  • Assisting attorneys with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness coordination
  • Providing administrative support as needed

Notary and Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
