**Job Overview:**
We are a boutique law firm servicing long-term care providers with business litigation and collections. We are seeking a litigation associate to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation. Probate litigation experience is a plus.
**Duties:**
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and trials
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Provide legal advice to clients on various matters
- Attend depositions and mediations
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in all aspects of civil litigation
- Ability to litigate cases effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Probate litigation experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis research platforms
- Experience in a law office setting
- Excellent legal drafting abilities
