We are seeking candidates with a demonstrated interest in these growth industries with 5-7 years’ of relevant and broad corporate experience. We particularly value experience in startups, venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions, capital markets (including IPOs and de-SPAC transactions), and/or general ‘34 Act reporting.

You will lead transactions and interact directly with executives, investors and boards of directors. Bring your superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills to this exciting opportunity. Candidates who wish to sit in Boise will also be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $365,000 – $420,000, based on year classification.

• Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
