Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those in need of assistance.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean living environment
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities
- Administer medications under the direction of healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records following HIPAA guidelines

Experience:
- Prior experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to work effectively with individuals in nursing homes or home settings
- Proficiency in meal preparation and cooking for diverse dietary needs
- Knowledge of medication administration practices
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
