Our client is looking for a Partner Marketing Advisor who will play a crucial role in driving and supporting strategic marketing planning and execution, thereby contributing to the growth of Tech for Social Impact's (TSI) Managed Partner business.

This role entails leading integrated marketing planning and execution to drive demand among customers, partners, and Managed Partner ecosystems.

As the digital maturity of the nonprofit industry increases, these partnerships become even more vital to our growth and innovation strategy.

Success in this role requires exceptional project management skills, a hands-on approach to execution and risk management, and expertise in partner engagement to link experiences with business success.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Global Integrated Marketing Planning and Execution : Support strategic planning for the Managed Partners business by contributing to integrated marketing plans.

Manage execution of demand gen activities across various channels and platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders, agencies, and partners to drive quality standards in marketing.

Editorial Calendar Management : Contribute to and orchestrate TSI's Managed Partner editorial calendar across segments.

Optimize customer journey and increase impact by coordinating Managed Partner activities in priority markets.

Managed Partners Request Intake Management : Collaborate with the Managed Partners team on the GTM calendar and request intake process.

  • Partner and Field Coordination : Collaborate with TSI GDC, TSI PDMs, and Sales teams to integrate events. Clarify execution details such as budgeting, coordination, and lead management.
  • Marketing Excellence, Reporting & Feedback Loop : Provide expertise in managing internal stakeholder relationships and executing impactful marketing campaigns.

Deliver marketing reporting, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with sales teams to understand the business impact of marketing activities.

Training and Resource Development : Develop training and resource playbooks for partner marketing processes. Align partner marketing functions with operational best practices.

Contribute to the creation of GTM benefits playbooks.

Budget and Capacity Planning : Create and manage the budget and capacity plan for the regional partner marketing operations team.

Ensure service delivery within capacity and identify opportunities for high-impact, scalable services aligned with marketing priorities.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Partner marketing experience for big tech companies.
  • Minimum 4-6 years’ experience with integrated marketing planning - go to market planning specifically
  • Minimum 4-6 years’ experience with project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 6 years of relevant experience or master's degree in business administration or related field AND 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, technology-based, or business development roles.
  • Proven capability in creating and implementing successful processes and procedures.
  • Experience managing large, complex projects and driving efficiencies in partner marketing workstreams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in operations, marketing strategy development, and program management.
  • Experience in developing and managing partner marketing operations within a technology or nonprofit-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with creating and optimizing training and resource playbooks for partner marketing functions.
  • Proficiency in managing complex, evolving environments and leading effective change management.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a hands-on approach to execution and risk management.

Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Hourly contract rate range of $60.00 to $65.00 based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
