JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a skilled GIS and Reporting Specialist to manage GIS data, produce maps, and compile technical reports for a BLM project at Welch Ranch SRMA. This role is crucial for documenting and reporting on the geophysical investigations conducted.

MAIN OBJECTIVES

• Manage and analyze GIS data to produce accurate maps of the survey area.
• Compile technical and final reports in compliance with Wyoming Cultural Properties Form.
• Coordinate findings with the field team to ensure comprehensive documentation.

SCHEDULE OF WORK

• Primary office duties with occasional visits to the field site.
• Full-time position, with work hours adapted to project phases.

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE

• Primarily office-based in Sheridan County, Wyoming, with some field visits required.

PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE

• Contract duration from June 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Geography, GIS, Archaeology, or related field.
• Extensive experience with GIS software and data analysis.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills, with experience in technical writing.
