Position Available: Front Desk Medical Receptionist
We are currently seeking both full-time and part-time Front Desk Medical Receptionists to join our friendly team. Our part-time positions are flexible, perfect for fitting in with your personal commitments, with opportunities to work mornings, afternoons, or evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and visitors with a smile, check them in/out, and manage their information with confidentiality and care.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally, take detailed messages, and ensure clear and efficient communication.
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments with precision, make reminder calls, and manage administrative paperwork seamlessly.
  • Support our clinical staff by maintaining organized records and completing daily administrative tasks in our "To Do" inbox.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive, energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong multitasking skills, excellent customer service aptitude, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with computer systems and administrative tasks.
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting is desirable.
  • Knowledge of insurance carriers is advantageous.
  • Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly preferred.
