As a Real Estate Broker at our company, you will be based in our friendly and welcoming Lake Oswego office. Your main responsibilities will include marketing listings and providing guidance to both buyers and sellers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms
  • Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
  • Promote sales through various channels such as advertisements, open houses, and listing services
  • Present properties to potential buyers and address any questions or concerns
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Proven track record of successful sales is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Friendly, trustworthy, and reliable
  • Familiarity with MS Office
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be 18 years or older
