Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Food Preparation Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and production of food items in accordance with established recipes and procedures.

Duties:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning. Steaming and dicing chicken.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe kitchen environment
- Assist in receiving and storing food supplies

-dishwashing, dishes, pots and pans

-customer service, serving customers at the prepared food case.

Skills:

- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff effectively

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques
