Job Description

As a Paid Media Coordinator at our advertising agency, you will play a key role in supporting the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across various digital platforms. You will work closely with the Director of Paid Media and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of strategies that drive client ROI and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and DSPs.
  • Implement campaign tactics including keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, bid management, and budget pacing.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics daily to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Compile campaign performance data and generate regular reports for review by the paid media team.
  • Analyze key metrics to provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Support in the preparation of client-facing reports and presentations.

Campaign Support and Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, account management, analytics) to ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad creative assets and landing pages optimized for paid media campaigns.
  • Ensure adherence to campaign timelines, budgets, and client specifications.

Research and Strategy Support:

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and audience behaviors to inform campaign strategies.
  • Assist in developing targeting strategies and testing plans to optimize campaign performance.

Administrative and Operational Tasks:

  • Handle administrative tasks related to campaign setup, invoicing, and documentation.
  • Maintain organized campaign files and records to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience (1 years) in digital marketing or advertising, with a focus on paid media preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and DSPs.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Full-time, on-site position.
  •  In-state travel periodically required.
