We are seeking a qualified music teacher to plan for and teach one section of Chorus at Windham Middle School as a 1/5ths Chorus teacher three or five days a week. The candidate must have the ability to employ a variety of instructional and assessment strategies to ensure all students meet content standards and acquire essential skills and an understanding of choral music. The candidate must also be able to select developmentally appropriate chorus music and employ an assessment plan which informs instruction and assesses student skills in music. Lastly, the candidate must present the accomplishments of the chorus students through public and school centered concerts throughout the school year.
