Interior Design - Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Simultaneously process and manage multiple orders and design service projects
- Liaise with cross-team members via email, phone, in-person, and/or remote online meetings to organize COM/COL, and custom furniture documents, and ensure timely completion from the workroom to meet installation dates.
- Create project schedules for design service projects to organize orders, match custom finishes between items made at different workrooms, and drop dates for shipping to meet installation dates.
- Collaborate with fellow designers and managers
- Managed daily requests from residential interior designers, custom upholstery, and custom window treatments.
- A minimum of 5 years of Interior Design Project management experience is required
- Communicate with outside vendors as per project requirements.
- Familiarity with production processes and materials
- Strong presentation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
We are a local window fashions manufacturer that offers a full selection of custom window treatments and custom upholstery, including headboards. Our showroom is located in Kenilworth, NJ. We serve the Tri-State Area.
