Our proactive and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Manager has a strong background in data analysis and visualization tools, specifically, Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing business intelligence projects and teams, as well as a deep understanding of business processes and operations. The Business Intelligence Manager plays a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making and operational excellence within the organization.

Core Role Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the business intelligence team, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring progress to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions, leveraging advanced data analysis techniques and visualization tools, with a primary focus on Power BI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into business performance and trends
• Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth
• Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity, reliability, and security, and drive continuous improvement in data management processes and infrastructure
• Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in business intelligence technologies and methodologies, and assess their potential impact on business operations and strategies
• Support senior leadership in making data-driven decisions by providing insights and recommendations derived from business intelligence analyses

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role

• Solid understanding of business processes and operations, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and actionable visualizations
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, with proficiency in Power BI and other relevant BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members, drive results, and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and present complex concepts and insights in a clear and compelling manner
• Experience in the home services industry or a related field is a plus, with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities
