Position Overview:

The Service Coordinator is responsible for answering calls and scheduling in-home service for our technicians.

Essential Job Functions:

• Provides the highest quality of customer service to WindowRama customers via phone and email
• Schedules service appointments for all WindowRama service technicians
• Acts as liaison between WindowRama customers, service technicians, and manufacturers
• Coordinates and communicates with sales personnel regarding customer service requests
• Confirms resolution as related to customer orders to all assigned service-related issues
• Provides new hire training and cross-trains team members in department
• Completes reports and other tasks and assignments as required

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required; some College preferred
• 1-3 years of Post-Sales Service experience or comparable professional experience
• Computer proficient, with advanced use of Microsoft Office and AS400 or similar computer system
• Building materials experience helpful
• Prior call center and/or dispatch experience a plus
