Job Description:
As an LPN at our senior living community, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to residents
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and other team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitoring residents' health status and responding promptly to any changes or concerns
- Assisting with activities of daily living and promoting independence and dignity
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with state regulations

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Louisiana
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of seniors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in senior care or a similar setting preferred
