As the Executive Director/Nurse, you will:
👩⚕️ Provide visionary leadership: Drive the strategic direction of our senior living community, ensuring the highest standards of resident care and wellness.
🤝 Foster a culture of excellence: Inspire and empower our team members to deliver compassionate care and create a supportive and engaging environment for residents and staff alike.
💡 Drive innovation and quality improvement: Implement innovative practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
📈 Ensure regulatory compliance: Oversee all aspects of regulatory compliance, maintaining licensure requirements and upholding industry standards of excellence.
🔍 Collaborate effectively: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, residents, families, and community stakeholders to ensure holistic care and meaningful engagement.
🌟 Qualifications:

• Current South Carolina nursing license
• Must possess or be able to obtain South Carolina Executive Director licensure within 90 days of employment.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a senior living or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and continuous quality improvement.
