Job Description:
As an LPN at our senior living community, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to residents
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals, families, and other team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitoring residents' health status and responding promptly to any changes or concerns
• Assisting with activities of daily living and promoting independence and dignity
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with state regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Louisiana
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of seniors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in senior care or a similar setting preferred
