Job description:

Windsong Productions is seeking a part-time Production Assistant. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills to tend to a variety of tasks, the ability to prioritize multiple assignments, and for someone who wants to advance their career in video production.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answer phone, maintain calendar and contacts
• Maintain all office needs and general support as delegated
• Provide on-set assistance
• Out-of-office runs/tasks, tracking and ordering supplies, lunch orders
• Monitor office space to ensure all common areas (conference room, studio, kitchen) are well-stocked, neat and tidy.
• Assist in collecting content for Windsong’s social media accounts
• Assist in booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels and car rentals
• Filing expense reports and official production paperwork (i.e. talent releases)
• Cross-train within multiple departments
• Represent Windsong Productions with the utmost level of discretion and confidentiality to a wide range of contacts
• Other various creative projects and administrative tasks performed as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Must possess demonstrated ability to take direction, follow through on tasks with minimal additional direction, and be resourceful, self-driven, and able to prioritize.
• Strong knowledge of Apple iWork package (including Pages, Numbers, and Keynote)
• Must have basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle.
• Must possess exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to work well with a team; must maintain a high level of professionalism, diplomacy, discretion, and poise.
• Must have a proven meticulous attention to detail in daily work habits.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Ability to work within a close-knit team
• Ability to work flexible hours and some weekends; out-of-town travel may be needed on occasion
