Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Windsor Fashions in Omaha, NE. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and motivating the team, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the store meets sales targets. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and supporting the store manager in all aspects of store operations.
