Are you ready to lead unforgettable summer events? We're looking for two dynamic individuals to join us as Summer Events Team Leads! You'll play a key role in organizing and executing our core summer events, ensuring everything runs smoothly while overseeing a dedicated team.

Position: Part Time Summer Events Team Lead
Duration: June - October (potential for longer-term employment)
Availability: up to 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the booth for summer events from planning to execution.
• Lead and motivate staff, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee logistics, set up, tear down, and during event.
• Maintain open communication with team members and management.
• Represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Ability to work as a team and independently.

Requirements:

• Motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Responsible and reliable, with excellent organizational skills.
• Dependable car for transportation to event locations.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Able to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work in various weather conditions.
• Previous event planning or leadership experience preferred but not required.

Expected hours: 6 – 35 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evenings as needed
• Evening shift
• Extended hours
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Nights as needed
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Fargo, ND (Required)
