- Assist the Sales Manager in day-to-day sales operation of the community.
- Create an exceptional first impression of the community by warmly greeting all customer immediately upon entering the sales office.
- Ensure the sales office is set up to Windward expectations each morning by following the Shiny Face protocol.
- Maintain the Salesforce lead base through accurate, timely data entry, report utilization, periodic data clean up, etc. All customer interactions must be documented in Salesforce.
- Maintain online home listings by managing and updating inventory, including pricing, pictures, and descriptions on a regular basis
- Ensure that all marketing flyers, signage, flags and supplies in the sales office and throughout the community are fully stocked and professionally displayed.
- Learn and provide accurate customer information, pricing, special offers, inventory, and other pertinent details to help customers choose our community.
- Shadow Sales Manager to learn the Windward Way to effectively convert Opportunities to Residents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated abilities in organization, communication, enthusiasm, and effective interpersonal skills.
- Sales and or customer service experience is preferred.
- Salesforce experience a plus.
- Database management computer skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
- High School diploma.
- A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and automobile insurance.
