Join our team as an Outside Sales Representative in the dynamic and fast-paced pest control industry! We are seeking high-performing individuals who thrive on building relationships, meeting targets, and providing exceptional service. In this role, you will work closely with real transactions and home evaluations to help clients make informed decisions and protect their investments.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, homeowners, property managers, and other key stakeholders
• Conduct thorough home evaluations to identify pest control needs and provide tailored solutions
• Present and explain pest control services in a clear and compelling manner
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with our internal team to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors

Requirements:

• Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the pest control industry or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Understanding of real estate transactions and home evaluations is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
