Position Summary
As a Motorcycle Sales Associate, we are looking for someone with excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and go the extra mile to drive sales. In the car business, you are selling something people need: transportation. At Harley Davidson, you are selling what people want: passion, adrenaline, adventure, and freedom.
Duties Include:
- Exceptional customer service from the time a customer walks in to when they leave
- Create and exceed new and used sales opportunities
- Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales
- Guide customers through the C.U.S.T.O.M sales process
- Update the CRM system
- Maintain a clean, appealing showroom floor
- See and provide the fun and excitement of the Harley-Davidson brand
- Create new and used sales quotas to exceed regularly
- Maintain profit margin objectives for all sales
- Guide customers through the C.U.S.T.O.M sales process
- Pay plans with earning potential est. $60,000-$90,000/year (base commission)
