If your looking to work in a Fun, and Fast Paced Work Environment with Endless Earning Potential during the Summer... Woodstock Harley-Davidson Is looking for a Seasonal Bike Sales Specialist who will provide a legendary customer service experience during our riding season.

• Please Note: Position will run through the end of August.

Duties Include:

• Maintain an accurate customer database utilizing CRM
• Maintain a working knowledge of the products available
• Adhere to all compliance procedures
• Greet customers entering the sales department
• Present products to customers
• Demo products (Test Ride, Push Outside, and Start Weather Permitting, Sit on)
• Follow sales process
• Answer phones
• Follow up with every floor prospect within 24 hours of the visit
• Follow up with every owner within 48 hours of purchase and every 180 days after that
• Follow up internet leads immediately (same day) as well as every 24hrs after that until complete
• Maintain acceptable CSI scores
• Promote store activities to in-store prospects and through follow-up calls
• Call customers, update CRM, research products, or clean displays
• Set and maintain a presentable indoor and outdoor product display
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Other duties as described by management when needed.
