This is a position for administrative assistant for a paint and sip company called Wine & Canvas. This will involve mostly online duties with some errands around town as well as assisting paint and sip events when needed.

Fluent in English
21 only with college degree
General understanding of what Paint and Sips are - you don't need to be an artist but you do need to have been to an event before with any paint and sip type company.
Sales and Marketing experience
Word Press

Duties:
Plan and schedule social media posts for Facebook/Instagram
Input new events monthly to Word Press website
Add events to marketing platforms
Create and distribute event flyers to event locations
Meet with artists for supplies as needed
Visit restaurants to do site visits
Help assist at large paint and sip events when needed
Research/email new restaurants, companies, and social groups to build business

The right candidate will communicate well, stay on top of duties in a timely manner, and will be able to grow as we grow. Options to grow into full time employment once established and reliable.
