We are looking for housekeepers with excellent cleanliness standards to clean rooms. Rooms are cleaned using strict cleanliness standards and cleaned according to hotel brand standards and procedures. Must be able to work well with others. Must have an eye for detail. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our facilities and rooms in clean and orderly condition. Previous housekeeping experience a plus. Shifts start at 9:00 am and usually last 5 to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws

• Proven working experience in relevant field
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Helpful with customer service orientation
• Time management skills
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail
• Knowledge of English language
• High school degree
