Front Desk Agent who works at a Hotel Industry

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times
• Welcoming and serving guests in a courteous efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone.
• Present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented demeanor.
• Booking and managing reservations
• Assisting the preparation of all reports relevant to daily revenues
• Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports and supporting documents
• Follow set procedures on posting, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
• Communicate all pertinent information to the Front Office Managers and Supervisors
• Standing for long periods of time

Requirements:

• Customer Service Experienced, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Demonstrate good computer skills
• Must know how to multitask at a fast/quick pace
• Able to be a Team Player with all departments
• High School Graduate or Equivalent Experienced with Opera System preferred

Hours of Operations (Part Time): Must be available from 11pm-7am, 2-3 Days a week. However, schedule varies based on hours and need. Open flexibility for days and times in schedule is required.
*Note: First two weeks, you will need to be trained 1st shift (7am-3pm) and 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)

Compensation: $12-$13 per hour
