Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent leadership skills.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and finances
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and complaints promptly
- Supervise staff members, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training as needed
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial transactions to maintain profitability
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations, budgeting, and supervising staff
- Experience in a resort setting is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse clientele
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and phone systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
