Our innovative model is designed to promote sustainability and advancement among its partner agencies by streamlining operations and eliminating redundancies - resulting in improvements to the delivery of direct service operation
Position Summary : The Human Resources & Benefits Coordinator provides administrative support to the Director of Total Rewards, HR staff, and employees across Wingspan Care Group and its affiliates. This position requires excellent time management, detail orientation, communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while prioritizing their workload. The HR Benefits Coordinator networks, builds relationships, and provides primary administrative support while working on other projects as assigned. The starting salary range for this position is $43,000-$45,000.
Responsibilities Include :
  • Support the day to day operations of the HR and Total Rewards administrative functions and duties.
  • Facilitate the administration of the Agency's retirement and benefit pension plans
  • Audit Agency invoices to ensure bills are coded properly and timely
  • Support Agency-wide wellness and preventive care campaigns
  • FMLA Administration
  • Assist with payroll related duties as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to perform job responsibilities with a high level of initiative, creatively finding solutions to problems
