WHAT WE’LL NEED

The Director of Finance is a key member of the Global FP&A team. This role will be responsible for the oversight, management, and strategic direction for a wide array of financial functions:

  • Oversee and lead the Global Finance, annual budgeting, cash flow forecasting and long-range planning cycles.
  • Responsible for the consolidation of financials ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Serve as an effective business partner to the Global teams and their organizations in the annual planning process, forecasting, and management of project budgets.
  • Lead the team handling the Treasury and cash management activities for the company.
  • Play critical role in supporting strategic decisions through financial insights and thought leadership.
  • Lead preparation of financial reports and presentations for management and Board of Directors as necessary
  • Identify, recommend, and drive process improvement initiatives to enable efficiencies and scale across the organization.
  • Team-oriented and relationship-based leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various external parties and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Lead, develop and empower existing team.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in in Finance. Retail or restaurant industry experience a plus
  • Strong proficiency in strategic planning, financial modelling, forecasting and planning with strong technical knowledge of financial statements.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial reporting systems, databases, and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively across functional areas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on results.
