WHAT WE’LL NEED

The Manager of Franchise Sales (Internal) is responsible for identifying development opportunities, crafting development agreements, and selling to qualified existing brand partners (franchisees). This individual must demonstrate the following competencies: relationship building, sales expertise, strategic thinking, and strong analytical skills.

•Identify development opportunities within both new and existing markets by leveraging applicable tools to drive development pipeline in support of U.S. Master Development Plan

•Responsible for the execution of Market Plans in support of Wingstop’s overall U.S. Development Master Plan

•Partner and work collaboratively with Operations, Real Estate, Market Analytics teams, and more to align on potential Development Agreements

•Meet with existing brand partners to influence and sell aligned upon development agreements in support of the U.S. Development Master Plan

•Craft development agreements, inclusive of drawing territories, creating the fee structure, and aligning on an appropriate development timeline

•Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Proven experience in franchise sales or related sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong understanding of franchise development processes, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with prospective franchisees.
  • Analytical skills for market research and data-driven decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for meetings, and other sales-related activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
