YOUR IMPACT

As aProject Coordinator, Organizational Effectiveness, you are responsible for supporting multiple organizational programs, from planning, implementation, tracking/analysis, and change management. You will be responsible for the execution of organizational-wide programs from start to finish, by ensuring the schedule, budget, and project details are well organized and achieved. You will communicate with various teams to keep everyone connected about any changes to the project. In addition, you will organize reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to project leads. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Program Initiatives:

  • Strong execution of Organizational Effectiveness programs, including (but not limited to) onboarding, development initiatives, career development, performance/succession, and general education initiatives.
  • Work with project owner and cross functional teams to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
  • Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and on track with timeline 
  • Develop and maintain project performance tracking system that monitors overall progress 
  • Assign and monitor resources that maximizes project outcomes
  • Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate leadership channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
  • Serve as primary point of contact for project(s)
  • Manage bookings, communications, materials, and resources for project(s)
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results

  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.

  • Start your morning educating the business on new team member program initiatives.
  • Mid-morning, communicate and oversee the change management process for key stakeholders and team members.
  • In the afternoon, spend time planning out the next phase to take Wingstop’s talent to the next level.
  • Close the day navigating questions, influencing stakeholders, and planning for the next day.
