WHAT WE’LL NEED

The Vice President, Market Execution is an integral role supporting the Real Estate and Franchise Sales teams. In this role, you will drive the continued growth of the Wingstop restaurant footprint through the development and implementation of strategies that are aligned with the organization’s growth objectives and goals. 

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive franchise growth strategy, meeting aggressive expansion goals. 
  • Manage the Real Estate and Franchise Sales teams, overseeing the professional development of team members and ensuring teams are meeting growth metrics. 
  • Build, cultivate, and maintain relationships with the existing Wingstop Brand Partner (franchisee) community and appropriately leverage development & real estate expertise to assist in maximizing restaurant portfolio potential.
  • Execute market playbooks focused on real estate acquisition and franchise sales. 
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new Brand Partners that align with Wingstop’s brand values and growth objectives. 
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure a positive Brand Partner experience during discovery, onboarding, restaurant site selection, and portfolio growth. 
  • Proactively monitor industry trends and adapt real estate and development strategies to remain competitive across global market. 
  • Drive Brand Partner accountability to meet development agreement targets. 
  • Create and implement processes that support Real Estate and Franchise Sales teams to improve key performance metrics. 
  • Oversee real estate site selection process ensuring alignment with brand standards and a consistent customer experience. 
  • Negotiate new and existing development & real estate agreements. 
  • Provide strategic insight in Real Estate and Development to internal and external teams.
  • Create, implement, and lead new franchisee recruitment strategies. 
  • Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on prospective franchisees, ensuring alignment with financial and operational requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field. 
  • 10 years of experience in real estate, franchise sales, and development. 
  • Consistent record of exceeding sales metrics and goals. 
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Restaurant franchise experience preferred. 
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced growth environment. 
  • Ability to travel up to 30%. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of franchise business fundamentals, unit operations, best practices, and ownership.
