General Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall accounting matters, including but not limited to bookkeeping, general ledgers maintained, monthly reconciliations, financial reports preparation and etc.
- Responsible for monthly/quarterly/annual local tax fillings and payments.
- Coordinate with internal and external need and preparation and interactions on site.
- Take initiative to solve the accounting and tax problems and issues.
- Closely work with the HQ finance team.
- Support for other assigned items.
Basic Requirements
- College graduate education above.
- Certified Public Accounting (CPA) qualification is preferred
- 3 years accounting work experience, working in a well-established MNC is preferred.
- Good computer skills especially MS Office and ERP experience, prefer SAP.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles and familiar with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin, able to conduct professional conversations, read and write.
- Diligent and detail oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
- Ability to work effectively in a team
