Seeking a reliable, self-motivated, proactive and skilled individual with proven experience in the maintenance field or other similar position preferably in a business setting. Candidate will be responsible for/handling our fleet of vehicles. Will perform essential upkeep tasks throughout our facility. Responsibilities include a wide variety of activities such as repairs and upkeep to ensure our facilities are both tidy and functional. Should have experience working with both hand and electrical tools with ability to read and utilize manuals and drawings. Some basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Must be self-motivated with a keen eye for detail. Will perform necessary upkeep activities along with maintaining grounds, touch up painting and replacing light bulbs. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with high school diploma or equivalent. Must have clean driving record and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
