Title:Engineering Enablement Content Program ManagerLocation: San Jose,CA(Hybrid)Contract:6 MonthJob DescriptionThis role is a key resource for ensuring that the Engineering Enablement training programs and events run seamlessly by providing well-organized administration with high professionalism. You will work closely with the Engineering Enablement E-Learning Content Developer to develop and assist in creating and managing highly engaging and interactive program content within the LMS for the R&D engineering group. As a core member of this fast-paced team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional organizational support in a rapidly evolving area of the business. An ability to think on your feet and manage several projects at once is a must, as well as the ability to be a proactive problem solver. Your Role Develop effective relationships with the Enablement team, R&D stakeholders, and the wider client team. Contact and coordinate with stakeholders to build, develop, and maintain ad hoc projects, training, and courses. Manage and Develop external vendor relationships as part of technical program development, delivery, and enhancement. Participate in weekly status and regular site logistics meetings with team members. Deliver presentations as required to various audiences to support Engineering Enablement Programs Plan, Manage, and Develop E-Learning Content Creation and Evolution Manage an ever-growing catalog of training content across all engineering products and teams, enablement programs, and ad-hoc training projects for the R&D organization regarding software development across various disciplines and technologies. Scheduling of 1:1 coaching sessions Liaise with vendor for administration, budgeting, SOWs, content delivery, and after-action assessment and analysis Create program communications and materials. Create, edit, and prepare documents and materials for using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs. Create, prepare, and edit marketing collateral and professional communication for use within the team and the broader Engineering community. Assist with pre and post-survey preparation, collection, and analysis. Provide administration and logistical support for leaders in the team Participate in weekly 1:1 meetings to ensure an aligned focus on tasks and activities Plan and manage tasks, calendars, and schedules on time Assist with expenses as required Assist, book, confirm, and track travel, accommodations, and transportation as required. Manage and update the leadership and coaching budget and provide timely updates to the wider team Ad hoc responsibilities and events Work with the broader team to deliver on key events such as Leadership Offsites, Hackathons, and Engineering All Hands Participate in Enablement Team workshops and offsites Backup support for other team members as needed Required Skills/Education/ExperienceExperience with technical program management, especially content design and LMS management, is preferred Excellent communication skills and professional personal presentation Experience with program/project reporting/metrics and analysis Well versed in software development practices, roles, and methods A strong work ethic, integrity, and confidentiality The ability to manage multiple projects and sessions and prioritize accordingly A positive, friendly attitude and a proactive team player An ability to develop and interact effectively with employees and guests and be proactive in gathering and delivering information A good level of flexibility and adaptability to suit a fast-paced and changing environment Typically has 1-3 years of relevant program management experience in the technical space. Ideally has 3-5 years of relevant education and experience beyond a BS degree.
