Job Summary:
The Marketing Assistant provides administrative and general marketing support to the marketing department.
What You’ll Do:

• Supports the development and execution of marketing plans.
• Assists with planning and implementation of marketing programs and campaigns.
• Supports execution of all activities related to marketing communications.
• Monitors budgets on assigned products/services; prepares reports as needed.
• Supports development and execution of new products and product improvements.
• Coordinates creation and production of collateral materials to support selling efforts of specified products/services.
• Supports the development and execution of advertising and/or public relations programs.
• Performs general administrative duties related to Marketing activities.
• Maintains and orders supplies for marketing purposes as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 1-2 years related marketing experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of the broadband industry is preferred.
• Preferred experience with multiple software systems: Microsoft 365 Suite, CRM, Cvent, EventBrite, Gotowebinar, Photoshop / Canva, Splash.
• Preferred experience with social platforms: LinkedIn, FB, Twitter, IG.
• HTML experience preferred.
• Professional communication skills in person, on the phone, by email, in public speaking situations, or through other means.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Be a positive, creative team member.
• Ability to work with all levels of management.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Occasionally lift/pull/push up to 50 pounds.
