Responsibilities
- Review customer warranty claim information, facilitate product team warranty reduction activities, perform root cause analysis, recommend product/process changes, drive action on cross-product warranty issues and standardize processes.
- Partner with Service and Product Development to monitor customer and dealer feedback and drive corrective actions.
- Facilitate Supplier, Internal and Regulatory audits; communicate results; complete problem-solving and corrective actions for nonconformance.
- Create Process Flows, Work Instructions and controlled documentation as needed.
- Complete risk analysis and create control plans.
- Bachelor’s degree or 5-10 years of relevant experience required.
- Strong understanding of QMS tools required.
- RV industry background a plus.
- Understanding of ASQ and RVIA standards preferred.
- Experience with operational excellence or continuous improvement required.
- Excellent computer literacy including intermediate Excel skills.
- Up to 20% travel to company and supplier locations.
- Mechanical aptitude is required.
- Project Management experience required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.
- Ability to build strong customer and supplier relationships.
- Extensive problem solving, conflict resolution and team building skills required.
