Hello! We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, radiant, member to join our team as our Front Desk Coordinator.\r\n\r\nYou will be the first person our patients will see and the first voice they will hear. Must be welcoming, able to explain most commonly asked dental questions, present treatment plans, ask for reviews, collect payments, verify insurance, keep the schedule going, etc.\r\n\r\nWe are an out of network dental office that focuses on quality over quantity. We believe that if we treat our patients with respect and kindness, the production will come. Must be willing to come to work on time and with a smile on their face. Must be comfortable speaking with patients on the phone and in person. Many of our patients have been coming to us for years and we treat them like they are our friends and family. Our office requires a high end approach (like a concierge type of patient care). Prior experience is recommended but not required. Must be willing to be trained by our Office Manager so that you learn the way we handle the business side of dentistry. Details matter to us.\r\n\r\nOur hours are Monday and Wednesday 8-5 with a one hour lunch and morning huddles starting at 740. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we work from 7-330 with half an hour lunch and huddles starting at 640am. We do not work late evenings or weekends because work life balance is important.
