We are looking for a professional Executive Chef to join our culinary team. Qualified candidates will have experience preparing Southern cuisine on a large scale and take pride in its presentation. It is also extremely important that all our employees are patient, kind, and have a joy for working with senior citizens.

Job Duties:

• Ensure proper and adequate staffing in dietary department at all times. This will include hiring and termination of staff as necessary, as well as creating schedules.
• Maintain stock of both food and dietary supplies.
• Adhere to monthly budgets, including labor hours as well as food costs.
• Assist with catering of special events as needed

Requirements:

• Certification from an Accredited Culinary Institution OR Equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Computer skills including word, excel, and outlook.
• Experience in management, decision making, planning, and coordinating
• Must have front and back of the house experience.

• All employees are required to pass a pre-employment background check, TB Test, Drug Test, Covid Test, and physical.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Negative Covid Test or Proof of Vaccine
