Job Summary:
The Public Relations Specialist position will assist with tasks related directly or indirectly to the dealership's marketing efforts and supports management in reaching company goals and objectives. The primary focus areas are developing effective programs for driving new business and overseeing dealership sponsorships and events.
Duties/Responsibilities:

• Tracks marketing results to ensure marketing objectives are achieved within designated budgets and take corrective action when necessary.
• Maintains sufficient knowledge of dealership products and services offered.
• Asks for Google reviews from satisfied customers.
• Presents a positive image of self and dealership.
• Proactive in looking for opportunities to promote dealership awareness and community involvement on dealership websites and social media accounts.
• Maintains Subaru brand standards throughout the dealership.
• Collects sponsorship requests and co-op documents.
• Submits Subaru Love Promise Stories
• Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs.
• Proposes and executes marketing budgets.
• Participates in community activities.
• Acts as a liaison with the media and manufacturers.
• Completes any additional duties as required by management.

• Ability to comprehend and follow precise oral and written instructions to maintain high quality and production in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• Degree and/or certification in Marketing or related field, at least 4 years of professional marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs, smartphone operation, and social media platforms.
