Winston Center is Hiring a Data Analyst - Part-time Near Washington, DC

The Rehancement Group, Inc. (TRG) is a professional services and consulting firm committed to our government customers. We provide highly qualified professionals to support the mission of our clients.
TRG is seeking a dynamic Part-time Data Analyst to provide Data Integrity, Research, and Evaluation services to the Department of Labor (DOL) Employment and Training Administration (ETA) Office of Job Corps (OJC).
This position is currently telework/remote, but may require occasional on-site presence at the customer facility at The Department of Labor (DOL) headquarters located at 200 Constitution Avenue NW, Washington DC.
This position is Contingent upon Contract Award and candidate's favorable result/outcome of adjudicated public trust suitability.
Core hours are between 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
This is a part-time position only.Duties And Responsibilities
  • Respond timely to planned and ad hoc data calls and analysis requests.
  • Deliver portions of larger projects, such as services/products/technology solution evaluation/modification, data development, and/or analysis.
  • Provide first draft written communications and maintains client interaction.
  • Investigate, analyzes, and resolve routine and non-routine problems in selected functional areas.
  • Assess, gather, and evaluate client capabilities and needs. Performs benchmark needs analysis and requirements definitions.
  • Provide the Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Job Corps (OJC) all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide performance-related policy recommendations, WIOA reporting, data reporting, data integrity audit functions, data systems, statistical and analytical support, risk management tools, surveys, research, evaluation, and technical assistance. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract while providing the following services:
    • Performance Policy
    • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Data Visualization and Modernization
    • Data Integrity Audits
    • Risk Management Dashboard
    • Surveys
    • Additional Research, Evaluation, and Technical Assistance
    • Administrative and Project Management
    • Technology Support
Experience And Technical Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least 5 years of verifiable experience processing and analyzing data; identifying data trends; creating charts, graphs, dashboards, and other visualizations using the latest technology and software is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAS, and Tableau is required.
  • Possess depth in one or two areas of specialization (e.g., data analysis, data visualization, data integrity, etc.).
