Job Description:

A leading medical facility in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This is a long-term temporary position with a Monday through Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter check payments into the Lawson ERP system accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry to support the Accounts Payable department.
• Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically Lawson, is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
